These Terms of Business determine the conditions of purchase through www.mynandika.com online store, (hereinafter referred to as "online store") operated by Nandika d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderer").

 

When registering - logging in to the online store system, the visitor will enter the username and password. The username and password of the user unambiguously determine and connect to the entered data. By registration, the visitor becomes a user. The user is also a visitor (legal or natural person) who does not register and make a purchase.

 

You can automatically log in to electronic announcements and various marketing techniques, but at any time you can unsubscribe to info (@) mynandika.com, the user will not want to receive advertisements, the provider will explicitly take it into account.

 

By using and purchasing in the online store, the user accepts and agrees with all the terms and conditions of business.

CONTRACT

A purchase contract is concluded when the bidder confirms the receipt of the consumer / user's order by means of an electronic message sent to the user's e-mail address. The purchase contract is concluded in the Slovene language. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically at the provider and always available to the customer upon written request.

PRICES

Published online store prices and bids issued, the invoices are valid on the day of purchase, on the day of completion and delivery of the order through the online store. Prices do not have predefined validity.

 

In the event of errors, we reserve the right to make any changes. Prices apply in the case of payment with the payment methods below, under the specified conditions. All prices apply to items in stock.

 

Despite the effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the price information may be wrong. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.

Prices are retail, they contain 9.5% VAT and are indicated in EUR.

 

Prices do not include delivery or shipping costs.

 

We reserve the right to change the price of products without prior notice.

 

Discounts do not add up to each other.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for any ordered goods can be made at the time of picking up the goods (after delivery) if you decide to deliver the ordered goods to your home or any other address in Slovenia and you decide to pay upon the takeover, it is only possible to pay with cash in a single amount. Therefore, you must be personally present at the value of the purchase order.

You pay the prepayment or invoice bill to the account indicated, which we send you by e-mail to the address you provided on your order. After receiving your payment on our TRR, the delivery will be delivered within the agreed time limit.

 

Card business is enabled through PayPal payment.

ORDERING

The Tenderer will treat orders accepted as irrevocable. In the event of a defect or for other reasons, the buyer can withdraw from the contract at no extra cost from the time the order was issued to the receipt of the notice that the order is being processed. You can cancel the order by sending a message to info@mynandika.com or call +386 31 850 004. In case the bidder finds that the contract can not be performed under these conditions, he can refuse the order.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE

It is described in detail below - "PROCEDURE OF THE CONTRACT".

Received order.

After ordering, the customer receives the order by e-mail, which means that the order has been successfully processed.

Processing order.

The Bidder reviews the order, checks the availability of the product, and issues a notice to the user via e-mail that the order is being processed or processed. reject it with a reason.

The bidder reserves the right to call the user to his phone number. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time the provider will offer the customer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction. Upon confirmation of the order, the bidder informs the buyer by e-mail of the scheduled delivery time.

Goods dispatched.

The tenderer prepares the goods within the promised deadline, dispatches them and informs the buyer via e-mail.

DELIVERY OF GOODS AND COSTS OF POSTAL

The ordered products remain owned by the seller until the buyer has settled the entire purchase price. We can supply the goods with the delivery service, but you can pick it up at the headquarters of our office (please indicate your own receipt when ordering) by prior arrangement on the number +386 51 392 009 or by e-mail info@mynandika.com.

 

Goods ordered in the online store goes on as soon as possible - if it is in stock in our warehouse, usually on the same day or within three days, or we will inform you about the delivery in writing. In the event that you may have ordered goods that have just gone or which can not be dispatched for unforeseen reasons within the promised period, we will notify you about the new delivery period through the forwarded contacts.

 

In order to deliver ordered items as quickly as possible, we will always choose the most optimal route. Usually this is a bundled delivery service, which means that you can expect delivery the next day in the morning, if the order was submitted by 12 o'clock. During the holidays and during the weekends, the delivery time is extended accordingly during the free days. If you are not present at the address listed at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at your delivery service unit.

 

If in case of delivery of goods you find that there is a fracture in the shipment, you should immediately inform us - the same day, or at the latest within three days. The buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service. It shall do so by bringing the package to the nearest unit of the delivery service in the same condition as it received and completing the record of the damaged shipment.

The bidder reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this order is fulfilled more efficiently.

DEPARTURE FROM THE CONTRACT BEFORE DELIVERING

In case of an error in ordering via the online store, the user can cancel the order by calling the telephone number +43 6648 8263 595 or in writing to the e-mail address info@mynandika.com.

RETURN OF GOODS

The goods must be undamaged, unused, unchanged and in the original packaging and sent to the address of our company, whereby the buyer himself will bear the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept shipment with ransom. Make a copy of the original of the invoice and all necessary documentation to the return.

 

The consumer must communicate the cancellation in writing to Nandika doo, Mizni dol 68, 1360 Vrhnika. You can also email via info@mynandika.com. The only cost to the consumer in respect of cancellation is the direct cost of returning goods.

 

You can return the goods within 30 days of the cancellation notice sent to Nandika doo, Mizni dol 68, 1360 Vrhnika. The return of the goods received to the tenderer within 14 days after receipt without prior written notice shall also be considered a withdrawal from the purchase.

 

In the event that the consumer withdraws from the contract, the bidder must return the purchase price as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days when the bidder receives the returned goods. We return the refund only through a personal bank account (you must inform us in the return process). We do not pay cash.

 

We do not refund the shipping fee and is not the subject of a claim!

 

Refunds will not be considered for products that were damaged or used at home. We reserve the right to refund the damaged, used or product that does not contain all the items (packing, invoice, etc.) in return for refund ... at the expense of the sender. Therefore, we ask that you handle the products economically and with care as we will only be able to replace the uninterrupted product or return your money.

The Tenderer undertakes to permanently protect personal data. In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his user name and password.

 

We will only assign the delivery address and phone number to the delivery service, if necessary.

 

Collective data will only be disclosed and if so determined by law and in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state bodies and for the protection and realization of legitimate interests.

RECLAMATIONS AND INFORMATION

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

At its best, the provider seeks to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the properties of the products, their availability and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such cases, the buyer will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.

 

The provider reserves the right to disable or disable access to the site due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which means also disabling or hindering the use of the online store.

 

The Bidder is not responsible for recovering any damages or costs incurred by the user as a result of cessation, failure or obstruction in the operation of the online store web site. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before a court. Therefore, the provider strives to do his best to resolve any dispute by mutual agreement.
